Privacy & Confidentiality

Last updated: 30 June 2026

Gainza takes the privacy of visitors and the confidentiality of clients seriously. This page explains, in plain terms, how personal information is handled on this website and in the course of the practice.

‍ ‍

Who is responsible

This website and practice are operated by Gainza Srl, Piazza Garibaldi 5, 14049 Nizza Monferrato (AT), Italy. — VAT: 01738310059.

For any question about your data, you can write to info@gainzasolutions.com.

‍ ‍

What information is collected

  • When you contact us. If you write to arrange a conversation, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever information you choose to include in your message.

  • When you browse. This site is built on Squarespace, which sets cookies and collects standard, largely anonymous analytics (such as pages viewed and approximate location) to keep the site secure and working well.

‍We do not ask for, or seek to collect, sensitive personal information through this website.

‍ ‍

How it is used, and the legal basis

Information you send is used only to respond to you and, where relevant, to carry out the work you ask about — this is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and the steps taken at your request before any engagement. Website and cookie data are used to operate and improve the site, on the basis of your consent where required.

‍ ‍

Who it is shared with

‍Your information is never sold, and it is not shared for marketing. It is processed only by the service providers that make the practice run — principally Squarespace (website hosting) and our email provider — acting on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

‍ ‍

How long it is kept

‍Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was given — to hold a conversation, to carry out an engagement, or to meet legal obligations — and is then deleted.

‍ ‍

Your rights

‍Under the GDPR you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, write to info@gainzasolutions.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

‍ ‍

Cookies

‍This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and, where applicable, analytics cookies. You can manage your preferences through the cookie notice on the site and through your browser settings.

‍ ‍

Professional confidentiality

‍Confidentiality is fundamental to the practice, and goes beyond what data-protection law requires. The substance of any engagement — what is discussed, explored, or decided — is held in strict confidence. The existence of an engagement is treated as private and is disclosed only by mutual agreement, or at the client's request. This commitment is what makes the honest, unguarded conversation in which the work happens possible.
